 Booker's TCG Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Booker's TCG for your collectible pre-orders. Please read the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

By placing a pre-order with Booker's TCG, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 Pre-Order Reservation

A pre-order reserves inventory specifically for you before the product arrives. Once your order is placed, Booker's TCG immediately commits inventory and payment with our distributors or suppliers to fulfill your purchase.

 All Pre-Orders Are Final

**All pre-order sales are final.**

Pre-orders **cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged** once they have been placed, including for reasons such as:

* Change of mind or buyer's remorse
* Changes in market value or product pricing
* Ordering the wrong product or quantity
* Finding the product elsewhere
* Delays outside of Booker's TCG's control

Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing checkout.

 Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated release and shipping dates are provided in good faith based on information received from our distributors and manufacturers. These dates are estimates only and may change due to circumstances outside of Booker's TCG's control, including:

* Manufacturer production delays
* Distributor allocation changes
* Customs processing
* Carrier transportation delays
* Weather or other unforeseen events

While we will always do our best to keep customers informed of significant delays, these circumstances do **not** qualify a pre-order for cancellation or refund.

 Payment

Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page. This secures your reserved inventory.

 Shipping

Pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory is received, processed, and prepared for shipment. Our goal is to begin shipping orders as quickly as possible after products arrive.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise noted.

 Product Allocation

Although extremely uncommon, manufacturers or distributors may reduce or cancel dealer allocations. If Booker's TCG is unable to fulfill your pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a **full refund** for the affected item(s). This is the only circumstance under which a pre-order will be canceled by Booker's TCG.

 Price Changes

Pre-order pricing is locked in at the time your order is placed. Customers will not be charged additional amounts if market prices increase after purchase, and Booker's TCG does not offer refunds or price adjustments if market prices decrease prior to or after release.

 Agreement

By placing a pre-order with Booker's TCG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy.
